3. User accounts and access
Customers are responsible for managing their users, access rights, passwords, roles, permissions and internal use of the CRM. You must provide accurate account information and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized users unless caused by AQARLINK CRM’s proven failure to apply agreed security controls.
4. Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the data they upload, enter, import or process through the CRM, including leads, contacts, customer messages, property details, attachments and reports. Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights and lawful basis to process such data.
AQARLINK CRM may process customer data to provide the service, support users, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, perform backups and carry out agreed implementation or integration work.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, spam, infringing or unauthorized purposes. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, overload infrastructure or access data that does not belong to you.
6. Third-party integrations
The CRM may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp providers, advertising platforms, communication tools, hosting providers, analytics tools or customer-selected systems. 10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AQARLINK CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Total liability, where legally allowed, is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant service period or the amount stated in the applicable agreement.
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or as otherwise defined in the applicable agreement. Data export, retention and deletion after termination may depend on the customer agreement and backup policy.
