AQARLINK CRM respects user privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal data that AQARLINK CRM controls or processes for its services. This page applies to website visitors, demo requesters, CRM users and users connected through supported integrations.
If your information is stored inside a customer company’s CRM workspace, the customer company may be the primary controller of that record. In that case, AQARLINK CRM may coordinate the request with the relevant customer or direct you to the customer account owner.
2. How to request deletion
To request deletion, send a message to AQARLINK CRM using WhatsApp or phone at +968 94440724. You may also use the request link below.

Please include enough information for us to identify the record, such as your full name, company name if applicable, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address if used, CRM username if applicable and a short note saying: “Delete my AQARLINK CRM data”.
3. CRM account and business data
For CRM user accounts, we can delete or deactivate the account data that AQARLINK CRM is authorized to manage. For leads, contacts, messages, files or sales records entered by a customer company, we may need approval from the customer account owner because these records may belong to the customer’s business operations.
When deletion is approved, AQARLINK CRM will remove or anonymize the relevant personal data from active systems where technically and commercially reasonable.
4. Connected social platforms and app data
If you interacted with AQARLINK CRM through Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, WhatsApp or another connected platform, you can request deletion of data received through that connection. Include the platform name and any available identifier such as your profile link, account email, phone number or page/account reference so the request can be matched correctly.
For Meta/Facebook app data deletion requests, send the deletion request through this page using the WhatsApp request button and mention that the request is for Facebook/Meta app data deletion.
5. Processing timeline
We aim to review deletion requests promptly and may contact you to verify identity, confirm the affected account or clarify the scope of the request. Standard requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification and approval. Complex requests, customer-controlled CRM records or backup-related requests may require additional time.
6. Information that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, accounting records, audit logs, service backups or enforcement of agreements. Backup copies may be overwritten according to normal backup cycles.
